The Exchange Main Hall is 15,000 sq ft. gorgeous vintage facility with variable lighting, and a flexible floor plan.  This rustic, but elegant, event facility can accommodate up to 600 guests seated at round tables and 950 for a cocktail event.  The Exchange Scale House is 1,200 sq ft. with a flexible floor plan. It can accommodate up to 65 guests seated at tables, and 100 for a cocktail event. The Exchange is available for private rentals, corporate events, fundraisers, and numerous other event opportunities.  The Venue is not available for ticketed concerts or sports events unless management grants specific permission.
