Food Pantry
The McGregor Food Pantry is located at 416 W. 2nd Street. The food bank is open the last Sunday of the month from 2-3pm. Volunteers operate the Pantry independently of any other organization in McLennan County and collect food donations throughout the year. Foods typically needed are peanut butter and jelly, macaroni and cheese, pasta, rice, canned goods, and boxed cereal. The majority of donations are gathered during November’s Food for Families Drive.
The McGregor Ministerial Alliance
Compassion and mercy are necessities in every community. The McGregor Ministerial Alliance offers compassion and mercy in the way of food, benevolent assistance and spiritual guidance. Waste Management
Bulk pick up is the first Saturday of the month at the police station at 8am until noon or the container is full.
WIC Program
Providing assistance to the less fortunate in the area. McGregor WIC Clinic Texas is located at 219 S. Madison. To apply for benefits call 254-840-4433.
Senior Center

Meals on Wheels
Delivering meals to homebound individuals. To volunteer call 254-681-2030
McGinley Memorial Public Library
The Public library is located on Main Street in McGregor. Use the WiFi, check out books, participate in events, and help raise funding through the Friends of the Library. 317 S. Main St.
The McGregor Movement

McGregor Fire Department
McGregor has a centrally located fire station and EMS through Coryell County EMS, and a volunteer fire department.To join the team or be an auxiliary, please message them on their Facebook page.
McGregor Garden Club
The McGregor Garden Club educates the public on all things garden, holding bake sales and garden sales throughout the year. Meeting monthly, they welcome any visitors. Contact them via their Facebook page.
REACH Therapeutic Riding Center
REACH Therapeutic Riding Center is a place where miracles happen daily. Children with autism focus and thrive. Physically challenged riders discover independence and self-confidence. Mentally challenged riders channel behavior and increase motivation. Veterans find acceptance.

City of McGregor
The City of McGregor is a full service city and provides the following; maintenance of streets and infrastructure, parks, recreation and cultural activities, public safety emergency management, police and (volunteer) fire. The city also provides solid waste services through third party contract, water and wastewater distribution and collection systems, development services, code compliance, cemetery and an executive airport. McGregor contracts emergency medical services through Coryell Memorial EMS.
